Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between net22 and any person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the net22 platform at net22.io (the "Platform"). The Terms apply to all services offered by net22, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, fishing games, slot machines, and all associated promotional and loyalty programmes.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by depositing funds into a net22 account, or by placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand them;
• You are aged 21 years or older and are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• All information you have provided to net22 is accurate, complete, and current;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future amendments published on this page.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

net22 operates a strict minimum age policy. Only persons aged 21 years or older are permitted to register and play on the Platform. net22 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the player's lifetime on the Platform. If a player is found to be under the minimum age, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned to the verified payment source minus applicable administrative charges.

2.2 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when creating a net22 account. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active net22 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same IP address, or same device — constitutes a violation of these Terms. net22 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any bonus, cashback, or promotional credit received across duplicate accounts will be voided in full.

2.4 Verification (KYC)

net22 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. Players may be asked to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., National ID Card, passport), proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. net22 may request updated documentation at any time.

Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their net22 account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. net22 strongly recommends that players:

• Use a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account where available;
• Never share account credentials with any third party, including friends or family members;
• Log out of their account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify net22 support immediately via live chat or email if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

net22 will never ask a player for their password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from net22 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

net22 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain appropriate account security, including losses resulting from sharing credentials, using insecure devices, or failing to log out of a shared terminal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

net22 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels, including selected bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank, may be available depending on current processing capacity. All supported payment options are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at net22 is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players may request adjustments to their deposit limits by contacting support, subject to KYC verification and responsible gaming assessment.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless a formal payment method change request has been approved by the net22 compliance team. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, the player's account will be suspended pending investigation, and withdrawal of associated funds will be withheld until the matter is fully resolved. net22 bears no responsibility for funds lost due to third-party deposit attempts.

4.5 Taxes

Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their gambling winnings in accordance with the laws applicable to them. net22 does not withhold or remit any taxes on behalf of players and provides no tax advisory services.

Bonuses & Promotions

net22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual bonus offer page.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if the stated wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period, which is typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
• Abuse Prevention: net22 monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to fulfil requirements without genuine play intent, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer. Detected abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Right to Withdraw: net22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such cancellation does not unfairly prejudice any player who has already commenced legitimate fulfilment of the stated wagering requirements.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the net22 platform are governed by their own specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface or market listing. The following general rules apply to all gameplay and wagering activity on the Platform:

• A bet or wager is considered confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. Players should verify bet details before confirming.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and, in the case of live dealer games, by the live dealing process conducted in regulated studios. net22 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, all affected bets will be voided and any amounts wagered will be returned to the player's account balance. This applies to disconnection events, server errors, and third-party game studio outages.
• For sports betting markets, net22 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time of bet placement, or where odds were published due to a manifest error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by account tier.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the net22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game interfaces, or exploit platform functionality;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or platform feature. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected bug must be reported to support and may be reversed;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds from illegal sources;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer or live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using or threatening to use physical violence, harassment, abusive language, or intimidation against net22 staff or other players;
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account;
• Circumventing self-exclusion measures, whether on your own account or by creating new accounts after a self-exclusion has been applied.

Account Suspension & Closure

net22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or behaviour that net22 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the welfare of other players.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and pending KYC compliance.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, and net22 will take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts by the same individual. Intellectual Property

All content on the net22 Platform — including but not limited to the net22 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of net22 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, modification, or creation of derivative works from Platform content without prior written consent from net22 is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, net22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if net22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

net22 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or be free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

In no event shall net22's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

Amendments to These Terms

net22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, net22 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

Continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact net22's support team to seek an informal resolution. net22 aims to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. net22 reserves the right to apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its legitimate interests pending resolution of any dispute.
